2 Negative Thoughts On Amazon (AMZN)

We like shopping online at Amazon , and not just for books. Their prices and service are hard to beat especially as they now offer free postage on anything over £15.
Incidentally, our last purchase of a Western Digital External 250GB hard drive was a steal at around £98, we use it to back up all of our important data and with it being portable you can simply plug it into any PC. It's idiot proof.
But what about Amazon the stock, is it really worth nearly $50 a share? Not when you look at these two damning points -
- After nearly 10 years of operations net tangible asset value is $366 million
- So the asset value of the company stands at a negative $1 a share!
