But recently we've found this excellent Exchange traded Fund (ETF) which just invests in Water shares, the ticker code is PHO. It's only been listed since January 2006 but as you'd expect the performance so far has been very good.
The company that promotes and runs the ETF also looks to have other innovative ETFs so investigating further on their website is highly recommended.
